Kikin Inspection LLC is owned and operated by me, Pete Lawrence. I recieved my official training at an ITA academy. Currently I am an active member of NACHI. NACHI is an international organization for home inspectors. They have the most stringent membership requirements for all of the different organizations available to home inspectors. NACHI requires all members to renew their certification annually in order to maintain a good standing. 

Past experience includes custom wood working, landscaping, construction / framing, computer tech support, mechanic, and a few others that have helped me to become a jack of all trades.
