Kikin Inspection LLC is owned and operated by me, Pete Lawrence. I received my official training at an ITA academy. Currently I am an active member of ASHI and I sit on the board for the Rocky Mountain chapter of ASHI. ASHI stands for the American Society for Home Inspectors and is teh benchmark for home inspector credentials in North America. Since Colorado does not require any license to operate in the state I went after a national certification with ASHI.
Past experience includes custom wood working, landscaping, construction / framing, computer tech support, mechanic, and a few others that have helped me to become a jack of all trades. Since ASHI requires 20 hours of continuing education every year I attend classes and lectures to keep myself informed on new construction techniques that I may encounter on the next inspection.
